To Make a Point

Now first of all, this isn't to embarrass or demean anyone in particular. To be honest, I don't even know the deviant who posted this. I was just wandering around when I found it.
No, this is to make a point.

I've heard many deviants say that they are afraid of posting art because of what people say.
I've seen journals say things like:
"Why do people even dare post their art when they can't even draw?"
"People are pathetic if they think this piece of shit is art"
"People should just give up."
"If you can't draw by a certain age you should just quit."

Now, this is why people are afraid of posting here, this is why a lot of young deviants disable comments or are so down on themselves. Because of journals or comments like this.

Personally, I believe it's time for flamers and arrogant artists to give it up and let the less talented people post what they want. How else are we supposed to improve?
